Such untrustworthy person ,he lied to me by saying he filed my tax but he ddnt ,I wish.he could have told Mr he just ddnt ,such a deceiving lazy person, be aware!

Nebiyu is completely untrustworthy and has repeated lied to my face with a smile. You would think he's such a nice guy and but beware, my experience has been the exact opposite. He is cunning, cheap and has lied repeatedly.Not only is Nebiyu an accountant, but he's also a landlord. We began renting from him 9 months ago and have had multiple problems at our rental and he refuses to hire a handyman or a plumber for any of them. After waiting sometimes for months! he or his business partner will show up to fix the problem on their own. We waited over five months for our daughter's towel rack to be fixed when a handyman could have fixed it in a day after multiple failed attempts. The kitchen sink and serious problems and he wouldn't hire a plumber. It took three separate attempts after over a month for it function properly again. Since the beginning, we have had no curtains downstairs so people can see into our townhome. He has repeatedly promised to add curtains covering our sliding glass door since the first day he visited. It has been 9 months and he still has not done it! When I see him, he always says he'll do it as if he'll say whatever I want to hear with a smile, only to completely ignore the issue. I spoke with him two days ago and he wouldn't even measure it! He just continues to lie. One of our daughter's windows does not work. He said he'd send over someone to take a look at it. That was over 9 months ago and nothing! Our water heater was 17 years old. He wouldn't flush it or test it for heavy metals so I had to bribe him with nearly 800 to replace the water heater and we're only here for a year! From my personal experience, Nebiyu is absolutely not to be trusted. Beware. I cannot image trusting a person like this to do my taxes!!
