Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had doing taxes, not only DC I'd I have to remind him twice that I needed my taxes done. When they were finally finished one of the office assistants came out and gave me the tax bill. With no explanation of why I owed, when I inquired about why Mr. Hacking could not be bothered and sent office assistant again.
