Sadly, we had been using him for 10 years, but in 2024, Duane messed up our taxes in a royal way. We had submitted all the appropriate information and Duane DID NOT use the information from my W-2 for 2023. So instead of paying, like we should have, we received a refund and then for our 2024 taxes we had to have his MISTAKE corrected and ended up paying over $10,000.
