We've used Madsen and company for several years to do taxes for our S-Corp. They initially assisted with converting our C-Corp to an S-Corp as we became more profitable and wanted to pursue a better tax strategy. Each year they have been responsive to our needs and have executed quick returns once we provided the needed documents and information. We would recommend Madsen and company to any business looking for a tax professional.

o thankful for the team at Madsen and Company. I had such complicated taxes this year and expected to pay a lot due to certain circumstances. Madsen amp Company have prepared my taxes for the last 2 years. They have been incredibly thorough and efficient. I trust them implicitly to give me every advantage available to me in the process of reporting my taxes to the IRS. Mr. Madsen and his team did an excellent job preparing my tax returns while balancing two important things : liability and refunds. The entire team was very professional, organized and attentive to all detailsquestions pertaining to my tax situation.In addition, after reviewing the previous years returns they were able to find quite a few statefederal refunds.Great work!
