He started well and finished horribly; he is a poor communicator, not a man of his word, and has too much on his plate to give clients the service they deserve. I would not work with him ever again, and he left me high and dry in the middle of tax season, all while I was paying his monthly fees. I would not use him; please go with another bookkeeper.
I challenged him to take my bookkeeping and taxes more seriously, and he ignored my calls.

Mr. Shillingford is very knowledgeable of his bookkeeping and tax services. Also is informative of his profession. I do recommend using his services for your tax needs.

This accountant claims he manages QuickBooks. He knows less that I and Im a mechanic. I hired him for 8 months and each time I had a problem with invoicing, he stalled and never did resolve the issues, I did. He does not pay for the technical support with QuickBooks, he expects his customer to pay for this. Alton also speaks English at warp speed and impossible to understand.
