Terrible communication and professionalism. She filed extensions on my last 2 years of taxes and has completely ghosted me. I never have not filled taxes this late. She will not take my calls. BEWARE !! !

Jezzika was great! She worked on my individual taxes and my buissnes forms. She is so knowledgeable about everything and is save me money! She is an honest woman.

Jezzika seems like a really nice person. The problem that I had with her is she was a no show at least 3 times. I call her to ask where are you, she said she couldn't make it, NO CALL FROM HER, I ALWAYS CALLING HER asking where she was. I rearranged ALL my appointments on one of those set mets we where suppose to have!!!I hired her to help me to prepare taxes so I would not be late, but I had to file an extend anyway!I even emailed her to help me get my small business more organized after all that, she said she would help, it's been over a month and I still haven't heard from her!!No stars for Jezzika Lee Perez, I counldn't trust her at her word, she didn't show responsibility, no good keeping me informed. As for as knowledgeable she never followed through with her word, so I won't know! they made me do at less 1 star to rate her, so i gave her one star to post these!!
