Would not use again. 3 months after they supposedly electonically filed our taxes, 2 calls to IRS to find out there is nothing on file, over 10 calls to office with not 1 return call, we are mailing in our taxes ourselves. Noone ever answers the phone and you have to leave a message and we have never gotten one single return call. We will NEVER use them ever again.
