I found this guy to be such a huge headache that I am going around and leaving reviews anywhere it is possible. I almost never review a place negatively but John has inspired me. He pretty much lied to me. I thought he was doing my personal and business taxes because he said he was I have proof. I learned he wasn't and shame on me for letting it go on so long. Once it became apparent I reached out and he just ignored me. Please avoid using John.

This is someone I would not recommend to others. Nothing was completed in a timely manner and without constant nagging. At the end, when he was finally fired, he failed to hand back our access to Federal and State tax filing websites which means we incurred NUMEROUS LATE FEES due to his actions or the usual inactions.
