This man filed my 2023 and 2024 taces back the end of march 2025 it shows 2024 not being filed as well as 2023 needing corrections. I reached out to him several times with no answer back. Finally he and his wife reached out to me and told me he had been sick that they had checked on it and it was going to get done and I would have a refund within 21 days. I have yet to hear back from them. I have reached out multiple times and I still have no refund. I have sent messages left voicemails and called multiple times. This is pathetic here. It is almost the end of July I guess I am going to have to file on them.

Ben Spencer is horrible he was suppose to amend my family's taxes he got their money and did nothing he never did anything for them just ripped us all off

Oh yeah Alec J.? I've been calling and emailing since the hurricane hit in August of 2024 over there after I paid half $3400 of my amendments that were never filed! Go blow smoke up someone else's a**. I had the IRS and myself check, nothing was filed. So since you're one of the few that has been in contact with him, let him know I'm coming for my money or I'm filing a 14157 Form!
