Carla and Marsha seem like very nice and caring they even make you feel like family until you find out they mess up on your taxes. I got the notice to pay over a 1,500 back because our taxes were entered wrong. After finding out about the mess up. Carla said she would step up if it was there fault and when Marsha admitted entering the return wrong due to work over load. She said sorry. Then when I ask Carla if she was going to step up like she said would. She said it was not her responsibility to pay it even though it was there mistake. She did offer a check for 91. to pay the current interests. She said she would call me back in two days to try to help me get it resolved and hasn't called. That was almost a month ago Im kinda lost on what to do and very disappointed.

Carla and Marsha are great!!! Nice to have a personal relationship with your tax preparer. They stsy up to date with the newest laws and regulations and even efile for fast returns. I strongly suggest Carl a for any and all tax needs.
