She is the worst person you can hire to do taxes. Took my money, waisted my time. She screwed my really bad.

Will never come to Erika Bobadilla again worst expierence of my life. I can't even start to believe how unprofessional and unresponsive she is to her clients. She only took my money and never filed my tax documents. I tried to contact her for over 10 days and she never responded to text or call. Her place where she does taxes looks scary and very run down but I believed she would do her job as a tax preparer because she seemed nice but she is not. I do believe she could potentially be a scam. I am beyond disappointed and if I could give negative 5 star rating I would. She is unprofessional and lies.
