If there's an option to give them no stars I would choose that option. I don't feel that they are trustworthy, or have any care to provide the customer with quality service. In terms of knowledgeable of how to run a business, I suspect that they are not, based on the horrible service that I have received. And of course now, they are completely unresponsive. Earlier when I just started working with Jomaria or Xoimara ( I think that she's changed her name multiple times) she was late by 30 minutes to two hours, canceling last minute, and returning calls days and weeks later. Also never returned an email and asked for payment before completing the job via Quickly. She's very unprofessional. The work she provided was incomplete, and incredibly sloppy, she didn't look at any of the paperwork that I provided, and when I asked for a refund i was given the run around.
