I'm not sure what tax office you went to but the one I went to was very professional. Ms. Marquita did a great job on mine and her office was nice and neat. Apparently this is someone that has another motive.

I had my taxes done by her and its turn around and state I owe them money. I call her back and she don't answer. She have people working that are not licensed She is very disrespectful. Her office is horrible. She have papers everywhere and her service is poor. Yes she is cheap and u will owe back irs that's why she is soooo cheap. Caution. Do not let her touch your taxes.
