He lost my paperwork and did not submit my taxes , He is very rude and unprofessional, he screams at his clients , i waited forever on line to get my taxes done and he say just drop off all your forms and I will contact you when your taxes are done, he refuses to return my documents until today . He is overprice your can find some one better for the 3th of what he charges . I would not recommend
