Ms.DD the Tax Lady, My Tax Lady has helped my family tremendously and been my tax preparer for the last 9 years. She and her staff are always professional, informative, helpful amp attentive to my tax needs! I have witnessed first hand at her office how ungrateful people come to her expecting something for nothing and try too slander her name because she is not a push over and she will not tolerate foolishness. Ms. Felix amp her staff has and will be forever my go to for tax advice amp business. Dont for once believe the negative hype because Ms. Felix has integrity, education, experience, knowledge, morals amp values which are very rare. If this is still the same lady from 2017 then she is very rude! She cursed me out for calling one morning to ask about our U Haul return. She was mad because I called early and continued to cuss me out and was very rude when we dropped it off. I was going through my GMail and found the receipt for the Uhaul and remembered the very NASTY experience I had with that NASTY woman and her NASTY STANKING ATTITUDE!!! Ohhhh this felt so good to write this review I just didn't remember the location.
