Jean Ellison handled our 2013 taxes, in 2015 IRS found a $2000.00 error which Ms. Ellison openly admitted was her fault, she said she had the E&O insurance but it never paid. From the minute she realized her mistake, she would not take my calls nor return my emails (which had read receipts). I would NOT use Ms. Ellison as you take the risk of errors that will be out of your control and she will not stand behind her word if the IRS has issues with your tax filing.
