Eulanda Riddick in Frisco TX, has been my tax preparer from 2005 until 2017. Eulanda did not file my 2012 taxes. I paid her 300 to process to file my 2012 taxes. I have contacted her multiple times to resolve the issue. I am due a refund of 6,109 for 2012. I found out, 2012 taxes were not filed in summer of 2018. When I called the IRS to establish a payment plan for 2017, taxes owed. The IRS informed me that 2012 was not filed.I have heart issues asthma. I am currently out of work very much in need of the money.Heres Eulanda text back to me:Because that's not my responsibility. If you were due a refund you should've reached out to the IRS sooner.

Eulanda has been doing my taxes for more then 8yrs I have sent my friends family to see her shes the real deal she cares about her family cuz we are not just clients we are her family cuz thats the way she treats me every year if you want someone that cares about you not someone that thinks of you as dollar signs I Highly Recomend Eulanda Reddick best choice I ever made
