Krystal did my 2016,2017 and 2018 taxes... The IRS sent my 2017 back saying that I owe over 8000.. Krystal did not send in one of my W2s.. I received my 2017 transcript from the IRS, it is totally different than the return I signed and was sent home with... She will not acknowledge her mistake, she will not return any phone calls and Google is showing her business permanently closed... I have spoke to other customers who now owe back taxes for 2017 as well.. very unprofessional.. This year , her ptin is not showing on the IRS directory... We trusted her with our personal information, our taxes..This is wrong and I sure hope someone investigates her soon...
