All I can say is this was the worst experience I’ve had with “professional “ in my adult years. I simply asked for her name and address to note. She litteraly called me a B word and went belligerent for no reason. After trying to calm her down and ask what the issue was she said she was keeping my money and amending my return because I disrespected her for asking for credentials. Just insane and flat out bad business. I hope no one ever has to deal with this kind of unprofessional and trashy business.
