I had a very disappointing experience with Glenda Brownlee. She was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide basic assistance when asked. Rather than having a professional conversation, she frequently interrupted and made it clear she did not want to help. When I attempted to share my concerns, she abruptly ended the conversation. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for respectful and professional assistance. If I could give zero stars, I would.
