I filed my taxes with Tara in 2018 for 2017. I just found out that she never submitted my taxes , as a result I had to pay the IRS over 5,000 dollars this year. I only found out that because I went on the IRS website. I called her and she said she would file them but failed to ask for my account and routing number. Im not even sure the calculations are correct please dont go here you will regret it.

She is the absolute WORST. My son had a refund coming to him, she took someone else's direct deposit info and this is where the went. She will not call us back. The IRS said we must go back to her. She is too old to be handling peoples money. DO NOT USE HER!!!

If only I could give hundreds of negative stars!!! I used these people on a referral. I cannot express this enough...do not allow these people to complete your taxes. I took my information in to have them complete my taxes. They were late and had to file an extension BUT they continued to state it would be done on time and when it came down to the date they refused to answer my phone calls and emails for 11 days. They finally got around to send in my taxes a month later but they were rejected and they never called or told me this happened. Another month later, the IRS had stated they had not received. I called Money Works and they said "Oh yeah, we received the rejection notice about a month ago." They could not give me an answer of why no one had called. My taxes had to then be filed via mail and they stated they sent it. I was never given a confirmation number. I continued to check with the IRS and they continued to state that they had not received. Two months later, I finally had to take off work and go into their office to get all of my paperwork. She continued to say that she could not find my information and she would get it to me later. Our conversation was not good. I finally got my paperwork and had to file myself. 6 months total! Sorry for this to be so long but need to get the word out! So disappointed! This office not only does not complete the work but they lie and try to receive payment for work that has not been done.
