Bonnie had been my husband’s tax lady for his business for a few years. Due to Covid we got behind a year on our taxes and had spoke with her about getting them done in November of 2023. She said she was a little busy but it shouldn’t be a problem getting them completed for the previous year before Feb/March. In the meantime also gave her 2023s taxes to do and told they should be completed by tax day in April. End of April rolls around and no word from Bonnie so I contacted her to find out if she had them completed yet and she said no that it wouldn’t be until closer to August!!! I told her that’s unacceptable and her in the nicest sweetest voice told me basically to piss off. I absolutely DO NOT recommend her ad she really should lose her license for not completing taxes in a timely manner. Couldn’t even have the decency to let us know that there was going to be a delay BEFORE April so we could find someone who could have them completed. Absolutely poor customer service, don’t let the sweet voice fool you!

Mrs.Wesel has been doing my bookkeeping/.taxes for several years. She has been helpful ,reliable and very knowledgeable of the tax code changes . She never hesitates to contact me with anything concerning my business in a timely manner. She has an open door policy to discuss any matters of concern without a long wait. In conclusion, Excellent service.

Not a client anymore , because i got kicked to the curb, when i was very busy . Was told they could handle it easily . Then told they were too busy , i needed to go somewhaere else . Not a.good business to get involved with
