Crystal is very knowledgeable and experienced with tax laws and etc, but she does not follow up with the status nor cares if the IRS hasnt received them. She will tell you she has done her job and its not her place, even though that is what she is paid for. She is defensive and hateful with response when asking questions about the tax process. It's as if you are questioning her ability to do her job correctly, even though she tells you to ask her questions in the initial first meet of hire. She is only good at the preparation part because once she is paid after the tax submission, she doesn't think it's her place to assist any further. So God forbid you get audited after she is paid. Horrible experience with this CPA. I would never refer or use her again.
