Hi Lakeisha being that I was waiting on my w2 I would've been in the same predicament because my sister went to her and had 1500 took out of refund she was also blocked...went to this address she has public and it's no business no where in sight. I hate for any hard worker person to go through this..but at the same time god is gone to take care it all..god bless

The most unprofessional tax service I have even used...over rated tax perpetration fee tell you one price up front in you be out 12-1500 hundred when you receive your refund..let alone ERICA GRAY GAVE OUT NO REFERRAL FEE OF A 100 she promised her clients she also gave us no paperwork... the business shouldnt be no where in sight my sister had to go to ace to fax off paperwork for her return because Erica did some incorrect on her form and shouldve been the one faxing her paperwork to the irs. Ive learn the different between profession and hungry and this lady flat out hungry please dont go to her save your self the trouble..I have sent in form 14157A to the irs thank me guy for saving you from a glitch
