HampB prepared W2s for my employer and sent them out to the employees in generic window envelopes instead of the W2 specific envelopes that are designed to protect personal information. Mine and the other employee's social security numbers, wages and other personal information were clearly visible from the front of the envelope, exposing our info to anyone they came across before arriving in our mailboxes. When we reached out to HampB, they ignored us. My employer promptly fired them as Ms. Parris owner of HampB was both unapologetic and did not take responsibility for her negligence.Steer clear of this business if you value your personal information and identity.

It took years to realize this woman who did our taxes totally failed to include my wife's income in so many areas... she may be better now, but she had us pay 5,000.00 that supposedly went to the IRS we later learned it did not go to them.In my humble opinion she is dishonest or that she was several yrs back.There is more but I won't go into it now...most of our records were destroyed, but we found records to let us know we were not treated correctly...In rating her KNOWLEDGEABLE...I have to give her a 5 star only because she knew how to get around things in a manner that shouldnt have been....
