This is my third year working with Crystal and I've had up to the roof with her. She constantly misses appointments and NEVER reach's out to you to let you know she has to cancel or if she's running late. She never responds to texts, email or phone and when she finally gets back to you she has every kinds of excuse in the work. She doesn't respect your time at all. This year I reached out for n appointment and she took days to respond when she did she said she wasn't available for a week. When the day comes I'm calling and texting and no response. I call another number which is her husband's number and he gets her and she says she's not feeling good and needs a few minutes. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.I email her, no response and she still hasn't responded or called back. She is so unprofessional and it's rude. How can you run a successful business like this?!? I'm so frustrated and it's really hard to find a person to do your taxes on such short notice. SHE STILL HASN'T CALLED AND ITS BEEN DAYS

PLEASE do not go to this lady! She is a scammer and honestly with all these bad reviews I am not sure how she is still in business. Although she is a sweet lady but arent a lot of bad people are? She charges a 75 fee to perform the tax services but in reality she is charging more and taking it out of our tax return money. She think she is extremely slick BUT babe we have all caught on to the game. She takes a whole year to textemailcall you back and I do not understand how... All you have to do is text and call your clients back. How do you expect to keep clients when you cannot communicate with them. I sent tax forms one time and I was wondering did she receive them but I never knew until a month later when she responded... I was extremely stressed out because I was unsure if it had reached her. Shes a scammer and a thief. She does not keep me informed with anything! Please stay away from her. I wish they would shut her down and catch her for the fraud she has been doing.

I had my taxes done by this con artist in 2017 and now I just received a bill from the IRS for 5000.00 because Crystal Davis did my taxes which raised a flag for a audit from the IRS. She does not return phone calls or text messages. I DO NOT RECOMEND this SHADY AS F whatever she calls herself. BEWARE...

She is a common thief - charged 500.00 for a prep fee which we did get back but I will tell you is slimy like a snake, she knows all the tricks and I have reported her to the IRS and just called the Fort Mill Sheriffs office again and NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE - FROM THE IRS DOWN. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR 3 YEARS AND I JUST HEARD FROM 2 OTHER PEOPLE THIS MARCH 2020 AND SHE IS AT IT AGAIN. OH YES AND I DO HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION TO BACK UP EVERY WORD OF WHAT I AM SAYING

Please do not use her to do your taxes. Ive used her for 5 years and recently learned that shes altering my information before submitting them and pocketing the gain. My form 1040 that she provided me looks nothing like my transcripts which tells me that shes changing things after Im leaving or something of the sorts. Not only is she pocketing this additional money, but shes leaving me at risk of being audited by the IRS for something I didnt knowingly participate in. My fianc and I sat on hold with the IRS for nearly 3 hours only to be told that we owe her a portion of our refund for processing our taxes and the rapid refund that we received. We paid her up front for filing our taxes and DID NOT receive any rapid refund. She is dodging our calls and avoiding this entire situation. I made a public post about it on Facebook and over 20 people came forward with the EXACT same issue. Ive seen a lot of reviews saying their info was wrong with the IRS and they couldnt track their refund. This was the red flag for me. I couldnt track mine either because the amount that she gave me was nothing like what the IRS had.
