I am a friend of the family's. Mr. Bracken has been very ill. Apologies that you were not notified that he would not be able to do your taxes. i too have left several messages and no response. It is concerning because it is not like him. I can say he was very very sick last tax season and may still be sick. I have been praying for him and his family ever since. i have been with him for more than 20 years and never gone to anyone else.

Mark has been doing my taxes since my first job. He was tax agent going back to my grandfather. I have not heard from him this season. I was able to leave a message and have left a few but no response. I am of course worried as he is a long time consultant passed down from my family. Secondly, I haven't ever used anyone else to prepare my taxes. I hope someone can shed some light.

Mark hasn't been in the office for three days or more. No answering machine. no alternate contact number. Is he still in business. doors are locked and lights are off as well .
