I called on March 1st and asked if I could just drop off my taxes to be prepared, and the receptionist said that was fine. Since my taxes were easy I thought they could do it at their leisure since I had 6 weeks for them to be done and I didn't want to tie up their time with an appointment. After a month I called and like the above review said, I got no answer, or when the did answer the receptionist told me my taxes weren't done yet. At first I said ok, but after a few phone calls hoping to pick them up they still weren't done. They hadn't even looked at them, because if they had and needed information, they would have called me. Well, when I finally got a hold of them the receptionist said she needed mine and my husband's license info, which I gave her. She also asked me for 2015 tax info, which I gave her one figure she asked for, but the 2nd figure she asked me I made a mistake and told her that the line she asked about said $0.00. So, with that she told me we owed the state over $3,000.00. At first I thought, "ok". But, when I told my husband, he said that was wrong because we paid in advance for this years taxes last year. At that point, I looked again at the 2015 taxes, and found the figures she asked me about. I immediately called them back, and of course no answer. So, I left a lengthy message regarding the figures she wanted and told her to call me back. Two days goes by and no call back. Here it is April 13th, tomorrow is Friday the 14th, the weekend the post office is closed and I need to send a check to the IRS post marked before the 18th. So, I'm practically in tears now, and I tell her I will be there to pick up my taxes at 1pm. She tells me they won't be ready, I told her I will sit and wait for them. I go there at 1pm, and she tells me Mr. Lucas is not there and probably won't be back today, and asked me if I wanted my tax packet I brought there back. I took them back, and went to H&R Block who did them right away. And I didn't have to pay the state $3,000.00. Gee, what a surprise. I will NEVER go there ever again. VERY poor business practices.

Terrible service! The IRS is asking for documents that I have to submit the tax accountant was supposed to do/file. I called the office and they either never answer or call you back. When they do answer they say they are too busy call back tomorrow. This has been going on for two weeks and I'm in trouble with the IRS if it's not done and handed in within twenty days. They also rushed through my taxes and charged me $250 to do taxes that were not right. I even tried to speak to the owner in which is impossible to get a hold of since he is also too busy to come to the phone or help me. I will never go to this place again it's been a complete nightmare.
