Don't know if this guy is dishonest or doesn't know what he is doing. He did my taxes in record time. Then I noticed he had my school district wrong. My name is also spelled wrong. Glanced over the paperwork and noticed my real estate deduction were about 3,000. less than I had paid. Now I must check to see what else is wrong. Two phone calls. Always get leave a message. No response, so I guess he is avoiding my calls. I'm done with this guy. Wouldn't go back, even if I did receive a call now. I paid this guy 100. and now I will have to find someone qualified and pay again. If you are smart, you will avoid this guy!

Matt Taylor lied to me and my husband and stated there were no state taxes this year and so I won't be receiving a refund. I found out later that that was a lie once I asked around. I felt dumb and taken advantage of. He kept my state taxes for himself. I should have reported this liar. Please NEVER go to him for your taxes. He is not a honest person.

I have dealt with Matt for over a decade and have always had a positive experience. Not sure if these bad reviews are legitimate or not. He has always been a good person to deal with.

This guy is a swindler! She lied to me and my wife and said that there were no state taxes this year and kept our money. We later found out that that was a lie and we should have gotten our several hundred dollars. I would not trust this guy at all. He makes you feel welcomed like he's giving you a good deal and he's your friend and as soon as you turn your back he stabbed you in it.

I had a very good experience with First Capital. He had me bring my taxes over and he did them while I waited. Had no problems at all, he kept me informed on everything. I will definitely use them again for sure.
