Ive been coming to Vickys office for over 15 years. She has always been extremely personable and has filed my taxes in a timely manner every year. Shes knowledgeable and up to date with all the tax laws and I know that Im in good hands with her and her staff. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

HORRIBLE. She should be out of business. Receptionist contacted us in March 2019 to advise they had our taxes. We heard nothing else from her...EVER!!! We began calling her and leaving messages weekly, starting in August and she NEVER cared enough to return our calls. We finally reached the receptionist the beginning of February 2020 to get our original documents back, which she returned and apologized. They were sitting in a filing cabinet and no one had looked at them! We took our taxes to our normal Accountant and they have already been processed. If she didn't want our business all she had to do was return our tax information.

This women lied to us and didnt file our taxes when she said she did. She finally did them two months late after I contacted family members because she was impossible to get ahold of. And she never filed our local and state taxes, so we had to pay a ton of fines. Worst experience Ive ever had anywhere!

Worst customer service. Her assistant lives thru her teeth. Taxes were messed up admittedly by her and refused to fix and make it right. Gave a 1 star just so they didnt think I didnt mark anything but doesn't deserve any stars
