I was with Riley and Sons since 2005. February 2022 I was sent a letter stating we have reluctantly concluded that we can no longer serve some of our clients. Therefore regrettably, we need to ask that you engage another accounting firm. So, Paul Conforti after 16 years dumped me with no explanation as to why. I call him, leave a message, he does not reply. My tax payment to Riley and Sons was 820. not chump change to me. I would never recommend Riley and Sons. How do you throw away a 16 year client for no reason?

All in all we are pleased with the tax work that RileyampampCompany has done for us in the past several years. Unfortunately, on the week of June 21st, there was a voice-mail message to me,jfrom your employee, LR which was judgemental, disrespectful and unbusiness-like. I was shocked and upset to receive such treatment ! ,
