Have dealt with this entity for years. They have always been professional and courteous. We have never had any issues and have recommended them to many other individuals who have also been very pleased with their service.

Well where do i start? Ok day one all she did was talk to me like i was stupid after she found out how poor i actually was.. then i had issues like thousands of other poor people with the irs autoadjusting me out of 1400 dollars which was in the irs error.. she couldn't help me recover money that was mine .. she as it was made me wait two extra weeks to pay her when i told her day one i had to find and pay rides she told me very rudely i have to wait like everyone else ... Up until two weeks later on a Saturday morning when I was sick I had to jump up and walk out passed two cities. At 10 am when she decided she was ready to take my payment to file my taxes.. and she made it perfectly clear that she wasn't filing it until I paid which I don't understand why I couldn't pay the first day and just be done with it.. At every single step these people made it harder on me treated me like shit and then I still got screwed out of 1400 tell me why I had to go to the federal congressman to get help for something I paid them to help me with so much for services rendered right the way these people treat people they should not be allowed to do business or conduct business this way This website needs to make a zero star for real
