Been there a few times, he and his wife always offer great customer service and are very professional. Always helpful and very efficient. Only problem is he is sometimes very reluctant to answer phone calls during tax season and the people that he has as the phone monkeys don't really know that much english but it is understandable.

Terrible terrible customer relationship service. Thinks he knows it all when clearly doesnt. Rushes through all your paperwork, makes errors, when you catch those errors he blames it on you saying thats what you provided him. I do not recommend to anyone looking for a professional service.
