After my moms passing in December of 2022 we reached out to Karen as she has been my moms CPA for many years.. well, her communication and concern for my moms final return is vacant. After repeated calls and emails it's July and we still do not have my moms return and all Karen told me is one, find out for yourself and go to the IRS webiste- and two, she can reach out to a tax professional and find out. What? She's suppose to be our hired professional and hasn't shown the support my family has asked for in this time of need. Sorry, this isn't the service I could ever rehire.
