After multiple years working with this business, very disappointed to find that she completely misleads us into believing our taxes for 2022 were filed on time. Neither Federal or State were filed, she failed to be honest when asked about status. No response from texts and when she responds, only lies. We finally asked for our documents back, just so it's on record. No good can come from this, she has too much information and feel identity theft is an issue. Reported to BBB of Oregon I can't even rate this business as one star is too many at this point.
