Rachel was impossible to contact after my taxes were filed. She got my account marked incorrectly so I never received one of my two tax refunds at all, and my SSN is incorrect on every single document she printed that I still have and so I cannot use it at all, much of my information was written incorrectly on the paperwork. The location she was at that we used had a man running the place that was so beyond rude I genuinely regret using and trusting Rachel or liberty tax at all. I also did not appreciate how she spoke to me throughout the meeting as it was extremely disrespectful.
