Run fast! Kat is a huge disappointment as a business owner and an accountant! Paid for services in April 2024 and they were never completed. After 5 months of waiting, I was left with no choice but to hire another tax preparation company. Texts, calls, and portal messages were consistently ignored for nearly 3 months at a time. Even after notifying Kat about a time sensitive legal matter that I urgently needed my taxes for, I was subsequently ignored for another 6+ weeks (on top of already having waited nearly 3 months). Also, if you’re a new business owner, expect little to no guidance and help with deductions.

She came off informative, but first impressions are important and Katrina knows how to manipulate people to believe she has an eye for the Accounting industry. I did some deep research because her business ethics got under my skin. She didn't pass her first year application for her University of Phoenix Scholarship, apparently her 3 essays were not impressive. She then tried a 2nd time the year after and got the letter of recommendation letter she needed for her scholarship acceptance.....only with the help of college because she realistically lacks. She's out venturing with her family and doesn't have a stable place of living, thats why she does all her work online. Go read my google review if you want more information.
