You do not understand, We suppose to come by your house for 1040X and I called IRS on TTY said tax preparer can go ahead process without copy of Custody Court or Guardian Documents , I have page from TTY we can mail to IRS will analyze our 1040x form and they will mail us with explanation if they have find some reason problem may they need copy of document not thru you. Please do not disregard the Email.
