My previous accountant retired and was in the process of looking when the pandemic hit. My granddaughter and her mother-in-law went to Sarah and really liked her. My granddaughter took our taxes to her in June. The closer it got to July 15th I begin to worry as I knew I would owe taxes. My granddaughter called and talked to some young man who told her they were filed and I was getting a refund. I started calling to get my copies and talked to Sarah and found out an extension had been filed without my knowledge. Sarah told me she would bring me my copies one weekend and did not show. I was only able to speak to her one other time and she said she would call me back, that didn't happen. I had 3 different numbers for her and private messaged her on Facebook with only one response on Facebook which once again she didn't follow thru with. She would not answer any calls from me and the office phone said the mail box was full for weeks. She had told my granddaughter she would charge me 150. so I sent a check without amount filled out which I would never do, but I felt like she could be trusted. On Sept. 9th she cashed my check for 250. still no taxes. On Sept. 25th I called her office and surprisingly got someone who set me up an appt. on Tuesday the 29th at 1 pm. I drove to Claremore to meet with her and my taxes were done but she was conveniently not there. If I had known that it was going to take 3 12 months to get my taxes I would of kept better records on phone calls, messages, texts etc. I do know I called numerous times and left messages to no avail on 3 different numbers. Do not use her tax service if you want good service and someone who you can depend on.

Please do not use Premier Tax Services and Bookkeeping Solutions out of Adair, soon to come to Claremore. Or whatever business name she is hiding behind. I am disappointed with her customer service and work ethic. She came to our home in March and filed returns for myself, husband and son. She was very nice and completed our returns at our home and told us she would return our paperwork, once she organized it, the following week. We paid her and went about our business. My husband and I have received our money. My son received his federal but not his state. As a first time filer he needed to verify his identity and we needed his W-2 to do so. This is May, still no returned paperwork and I needed to get it to send in son's W-2 so he can get paid. Oh I'll do it for him, it will be quicker. Here it is October, after numerous texts and phone calls with minimal response from Premier owner, still no paperwork returned when I have been promised numerous times she would meet me. And come to find out, she did not file the paperwork needed for my son to verify his identity, so he still has not been paid and hopefully he does not get in trouble. I didn't have a problem with her work or her, she was very sweet. I have a problem with the lack of ethics and professionalism when it comes to doing what is right. I did a review on her business Facebook page and she has taken it down. It's not just us, she has done this to a friend of mine as well. She will not answer her calls or texts and still has ALL her paperwork. I am not out to ruin this person or business but I dont want this to happen to someone else. I have requested that she please return our personal property and I will let it be. I just don't understand!
