DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!Joan agreed to do our refund, we provided majority of our documents. When we asked further questions regarding information to provide for our refund, and for an invoice on what we were being charged, we were provided an email that stated on second thought, I will not be able to prepare your return. Sincerely, Joan. After we informed her we would not be using her business due to her refusing to complete our return after having it for approximately 2 weeks, she sent us an invoice for the services she provided, which was absolutely nothing!!!! She was very unprofessional, rude and mostly Joan and her business are untrustworthy!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
