If i could rate this business a 0 i would! On February 27th, 2019 Kiona Stevens and I had discussed through email and text that we would meet at her her establishment, 1022 shadyside ave SW canton Ohio 44710 at 8pm. Kiona then texted me to meet her at 9:30pm because she was running to the store. When i got there Kiona was attempting to explain the tax information to me. Kiona had received a phone call and seemed very upset,she has asked for me to leave. I advised to her i was needing all of my original copies of me W2s. she refused to give them to me nor would she finish completing my taxes for me. I was getting worried because she was starting to get aggressive so i had called a friend of mine to stay on the phone with me until i was given my papers. Kiona was pacing and getting more frustrating because i wouldnt leave. I continued to ask for my tax information which is rightfully mine and she ripped them up and threw the papers all over the office floor. As i was on the phone she snatched the phone from my hand and shoved me into the desk which knocked her monitor over to the ground. She opened the screen door and threw my phone into the middle of the street and was screaming for me to leave. I asked for my tax information so i can just go file them somewhere else and she refused. Thats when she came over and proceeded to start punching me in the face and said maybe you will respect me more. Once that occurred her goddaughter came into the room and seen the knots on my face. I called the police using my apple watch. While i was on the phone with the police she grabbed my glasses and also threw them into the middle of the street.she picked my phone up from the street and fled the house before police arrived and once the police came she eventually came back to the house claiming she didnt know where my phone was. The police office took photos of my face and attempted to retrieve my tax papers Kiona Stevens had ripped up. This business owner was releasing my information to her family members such as my home address and where i worked. There are charges filed against this woman for assault.
