Unfortunately I have to give Shaun a very low rating. He committed to doing my taxes all the way up to noon on tax day and then JUST DIDN'T DO THEM. Would barely respond to multiple calls, emails, texts throughout the weeks leading up to tax day, always said it would be done and I didn't have to figure out something else, then simply didn't do my taxes.
