Do NOT allow this individual to prepare a tax return for you. After 5 months of waiting for her to complete the tax return for my company, she finally just gave up on it and another individual in H & R Block had to complete it for her. The return took the other person less than 5 minutes to complete, as it was a simple form that needed to be completed. Total incompetence. She should NOT be handling something this important as a career. She also attempted to erase messages on hrblock.com so that he colleagues could not see me continually asking for her to complete the return.
