Jerry is a terrible communicator. I needed his help because I had a blended return with 1099 work along with a W2. Jerry provided me with the amount I was supposed to pay the IRS while he would electronically file my return. Well I paid the amount weeks before the 15th deadline. Today I go on and still owe $248. So either the number he gave me was wrong or he filed my taxes late and I got a penalty. Neither outcome is good. I sat on the phone trying to reach the IRS for answers but couldn't get through. Do NOT use "The Tax Man."
