DO NOT TRUST this firm to properly submit your tax returns. Lynn failed to properly efile with Ohio and took too long to correct it, assuring me everything was fine. Penalties, fines and collections resulted. She's not professional. The IRS sent my tax refund to Ohio to pay my penalty for failure to file - that she caused. She promised to take care of everything. Big failure.
