We have been getting our taxes done here for years. Lynn is amazing, knowledgeable and really engages with us so she has all necessary information. There was a one year where the e-filing didn't work correctly, but it all got resolved and the next year was flawless!! :)

DO NOT TRUST this firm to properly submit your tax returns. Lynn failed to properly efile with Ohio and took too long to correct it, assuring me everything was fine. Penalties, fines and collections resulted. She's not professional. The IRS sent my tax refund to Ohio to pay my penalty for failure to file - that she caused. She promised to take care of everything. Big failure.
