I have been a client of Christiene, since 2013 and I have never had any problem with the work that she have done in my tax preparation. She is very kind, friendly, she knows very well what she does, she try to help and explain as clearly as possible, keeps you up to date with everything. Definitely I recommend it .. well after I have visited many places to declare my taxes, no place has helped me and explained me how christine has done it, sometimes we are the ones who do not give or do not bring the documentation or The necessary information and when something goes wrong is easy to blame the tax preparer.

She tried to steal my refund last year I didn't get my refund back until the last week of may. When I would call for information so I can find out for myself she treated to call the police AFTER I already called them on her and they went to her establishment to ask her questions after I went to the magistrates office downtown. I called her to simply get my e-pin and he was very nasty with me going crazy over the phone. She is horrible I dont reccoment her at all! I filed a report on her with the irs as well.

I've been a client to Christine since 2008. This lady has helped me year after year and i have never had a problem. Not that it matters but I am an Entrepreneur and I own many different businesses. Not only do I do my personal taxes but I do my Business taxes with her as well. She is very straight forward and trust worthy. She will tell you what you need to bring and shes not going to feel sorry for you if you gave her the wrong information. Going to a tax office you should know that after a tax agent sends everything out to the IRS...it is now on there part to transmit everything and send it back to you on time. I hate it when people have there own personal problems with the IRS and want to take 00000 responsibility!!! She is very intelligent and this is what shes done her entire life. So if you don't like your tax agent then go to H&R BLOCK!! Helloooo that's why we live in America, we actually have choices. Anyways I would recommend Christine Sandino to anyone who is an ADULT that Listens and has RESPONSIBILITY.

I am a security officer have been for the past three years and never had a problem with my return then this year Christine sandino entered the wrong address. Even after I asked her would it be a problem she assured me no it wouldn't cause any problems. But it did! I filed Jan 28, 2016 they mailed a letter Feb 4th but I didn't get it because she had the wrong address. So just last week she figured out what's wrong there was no 1095a form submitted Christine sandino told me it is my fault that the form was not submitted because I did not tell her but she did not ask I didn't know what that was until that day she told me. So she mailed it out and told me it would be 2-3 business days for them to process it. Today is Feb 29 it has now been over 21 days so I called to ask for sure since all the information and dates shes been given me has been false information she made up the man at the irs told me it could take up to 6 weeks to process it and that's if it was the right form they needed he couldn't tell me for sure but its in the letter that I would have gotten if she didn't put in the wrong address so we updated my address and he is sending it to my new address but it could take up to 3 weeks for me to get it if I get it and it says they needed a completely different form then ill have to wait 6 weeks from that day for them to process the correct form. The man at the irs recommended I get a new tax preparer next year and I definitely plan on taking her advice. Please do not waist your time going to her! She knows nothing!
