This was the worst experience I have ever gone through in my life with tax preparation. First, I had made an appointment for 4pm on a Wednesday and Adrianna told me to wait in my car. No big deal right? I was waiting in my car until 7pm and then she told me to come on in and get my taxes done. Super unprofessional and I didn’t get out of her office until about 9:10pm. It has been now 2 months and I have still not received my return cause she did things incorrectly and did not submit it. I kept calling, texting, etc and she ignored every point of communication. Would not recommend this experience upon anyone. Save the headache and don’t get your taxes done here.
