I've been treated very well by Bob Mickerson ad his staff. The dedication that Bob and his team have to bring financial peace of mind is good. It is good to have those who are aware of the tax laws in your corner. I would recommend this business to anyone wishing to remain in good standing with the IRS.

Ive been with Tax Pro for a few years. They have made dramatic improvements. Very accessible...very accurate...truly caring. I highly recommend them- they do my biz tax, book keeping and personal. They are simply the best now!

Avoid at all costs!! You will be sent letters from previous years that were to be assumed handled by this CPA firm. Dishonest in communication when you are able to reach him. You will be told he is going to handle the issue, after going in for an appointment, only to receive more letters from the IRS. When emails and phone calls don't work, let's hope truthful negative reviews will get his attention. I will never use this company for my tax needs again.

Ive had ongoing issues with Bob Mickerson and his firm since 2015. Why am I still with them? Because Im stuck. They screwed up my taxes for 2015 and 2016, and have given me little hope they will be resolved. The communication here is an absolute disgrace. It is impossible to get a hold of Bob in an urgent notice let alone any notice. He is never available according to his staff, whom have changed multiple times over the years. Please dont waste your time here, unless you want Garnish letters from the IRS.
