I found myself in a tax situation where I needed the help of someone who understood how an "S" corp meshed with taxes. After calling several CPAs who understood audits, but not taxes, I then called National Tax Services. I spoke with Alan who immediately understood my situation. He called the IRS on my behalf and was able to settle my situation immediately.
