One day in mid-2015, I received a letter in the mail that made me cringe. Up until this point, I had only heard of the horrors that are associated with an audit from the IRS and was oblivious to what would occur over the next four years.My new accountant gave a number to David at the Professional Tax Consultants, LLC, and Im so grateful she did. My record-keeping was in good shape, and we thought that this was going to be a pretty straight forward process. Unfortunately, this whole process was torturous, and I dont know what I would have done without David and his associates. The professionals at his firm were persistently diligent throughout the whole process of countless blunders by others resolving my tax situation with the IRS. During this time, David and his associates were with me every step of the way, offering me honest, concise advice while setting proper expectations for all my questions while minimizing my anxiety. Well, finally, a few weeks ago, this long nightmare has come to an end with me being exonerated thanks to David and the Professional Tax Consultants, LLC. If youre reading this review, then more than likely you may need help with a tax situation. Do yourself a favor and call David!

I left the initial consultation with David feeling optimistic. To date nothing discussed during that meeting or stated in his retainer agreement was completed and I'm out 400. There is nothing professional about Professional Tax Consultants. David lost record of my payment because he lost his records in Quickbooks. I was billed 0.9 hours for a task that his son completed in a few minutes.When I asked David what we needed to do to get things moving he got very defensive. David stated that I was wasting his time and there was nothing further to discuss and he would send me the remaining 40 balance he had from my retainer fee and hung up on me.I'm upset that I trusted David with such important matters. He was a complete waste of my time and money. I regret ever stepping into his office.
